About this project: creates flask application at the web address of the local machine at port 50000, where users
    can view and add to the contents of the Baking Contest People database and view the contents of the Baking
    Contest Entries database
Assumptions: assumes end user does not require written introduction to the application or its purpose and that
    the user can access the url to use in terminal results
All work was performed solely by Sofia Sanchez.
