EssentialsX has much better spawner sign support and offers other updated functionality.

https://github.com/drtshock/essentials/wiki

BlockStateMeta is used for spawner support above 1.8.3, so no NMS is used.

Need to update JAR for 1.9 changes anyways, Spigot-Essentials still has broken buy signs while EssX has them fixed
