I am one of the authors of the paper the bibtex on the repo links to.
The paper has been peer reviewed at ICLR 2024 and is not available in a camera ready version with more content.
Hence, I updated citations to the peer-reviewed ICLR one, which is the definitive version of said paper and I would like to kindly ask Stability to update the bibtex.
