cid_didgroup_auth: patch allowing customers to have more then one card on the server authenticating with same CLI. Right now if customer have one brand card and now buy another brand card and call same server it will be CLI authenticated to 1st card.
This patch trying to resolve it by using incoming DID groups, may require testing and reviewing.
