- This modification doesn't affect the output, but there's error when preprosessing input.
- mvAge GWAS have no overlapped variants with LD variants in 14 LD blocks(1:29689521-31147701, 11:46916060-49936088, 12:37236646-40805126, 12:40805126-41301248, 12:41301248-42952310, and other 9 regions from 18:1575019-3411708 to 18:7090236-8658509), although I have Overlifted mvAge GWAS to hg38. I think this might be resulted from the coverage or filtering of GWAS input itself.
- I add a message if there's no variants left in the sumstats after basic QC
