feat: score modification effect

Adds score modification, related calculation keys, localization (en-us only for now), perma-bonuses, SMODS.mod_score, and custom sound effect for xscore

Feel free to edit the PR if something looks wrong

• I didn't modify api's or I've made a PR to the wiki repo.
• I didn't modify api's or I've updated lsp definitions.
• I didn't make new lovely files or all new lovely files have appropriate priority.
