Building

To build the tool, open Gleed2_tool.sln.
To build the in-game XBox360 components, open Gleed2d_XboxComponents.sln
To build the in-game Windows Phone 7.1 components, open Gleed2d_WindowsPhone71Components.sln

You may have to unblock the following DLLs to get the solution to build (right click->properties->unblock button)

\lib\FarseerPhysicsXNA.dll
\lib\Krypton.dll
\lib\Ookii.Dialogs.dll
