UNTESTED Layout code

I've started an implementation of the layout classes. It's pretty rough right now, but thought you might be interested in taking a look. I also haven't createdtest code for it since we need to flesh out our inputs a bit.

I filled up some of the render classes with data, and have a couple problems yet to solve:

1. Subset of vector (Gamelist) to renderer
2. Layout - Setting up a relationship system for quads and positions. I have an image type enumeration to denote types of images associated with games.
3. Layout - "list" type and format for display. Was thinking some X,Y origin. height/width, num entries. Perhaps a couple more variables unique to type like row and column count.

Since it isn't thoroughly tested, I'm not expecting you to integrate. Though I would like feedback.
