add python script to export json schemas into excel format

+**General Requirements**
+1. Python: pip3 install -r requirements.txt
+
+**Executing the script**
+1. Run:
+```python
+python3 schematoexcel.py
+```
+2. The script will create an excel file called "fire_schemas.xlsx" inside the "fireschematoexcel" folder containing:
+ - Worksheets of product and entity schemas
+ - Worksheets of all enums associated with properties in the schemas
+ - Worksheets of all the item attributes reffered to inside the product and entity schemas, organised as pseudoschemas
