Purpose of this pull request

This pull request adds a beta article:

The content of the beta article will replace the content of this article at GA:
https://www.sumologic.com/help/docs/manage/security/enable-support-account

Select the type of change

  • Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions

  • New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
