Adds support for Packery v2 options

• Adds new Packery v2 options: horizontal, initLayout, originLeft, originTop, resize
• Changes rootScope.$emit to rootScope.$broadcast so that events are propagated down to child scopes.

There's got to be a better way then just sending v1 and v2 options on init.

Not yet. I need a better solution than defining both V1 and V2 options at init. I want to deprecate the V1 options but Packery is still supporting them so I don't want to cut it off yet.
