Fix for Swordfish90/cool-retro-term#785
PS: the blinkingCursorEnabled arg is intentionally skipped because it overrides the Blinking Cursor application setting in cool-retro-term. Implementing this would require either a removal of that setting, or else implement logic to follow DECSCUSR sequences from apps, but (I'm guessing here...) overriding when getting back to the terminal?
