Workshop Structure

  1. 1_SINDy_ODE.ipynb: Generate noisy data, compute time derivatives, build a library of nonlinear terms, compute sparse regression, and evaluate identified model.
  2. 2_SINDy_challenges.ipynb: "Vanilla" SINDy challenges and limitations (also as a MATLAB live script).
  3. 3_SINDy_PDE.ipynb: Identify PDEs from data.
  4. 4_SINDy_model_selection.ipynb: Different model selection (hyperparameter tuning) strategies.
  5. 5_Ensemble-SINDy.ipynb: Noise robust SINDy extension 1.
  6. 6_weak_SINDy_PDE.ipynb: Noise robust SINDy extension 2.
