Release v0.8

Release notes:

• Hosting - corrects info for user.
• Hosting - add support for multiple domains.
• Custom Socket - add metadata for endpoint.
• Custom Sockets - add class dependency support.
• Custom Sockets - configuration support;
• Add syncano init command.
  It is possible now to run: syncano init
  This will create new account (user must provide basic data),
  and will create an instance for he user. After that - user is ready
  to work with Syncano.
• Add support for python3.
