@olivierlabayle All tests pass except that, for some reason, when the Julia 1.10 CI runs, it doesn't pull the updated TMLE.jl package (you can see at the top of the test run it points at v0.20.3 instead of v0.20.4). When the correct package version is pointed at (in the Julia 1.11 runs), all tests complete correctly. Do you know why this is or how to resolve? Seems to be a CI issue. |

Add option for prevalence-file with trait-prevalence mapping. This is useful for multi-trait runs where the prevalence may be different across binary traits.
