hey drew, i find a a handful of image descriptions that weren't rendering on the preview. I assume this is some minor error in the nesting of environments, but I wasn't able to spot it myself. I believe I've flagged all instances of them though in my comments.

Adding in image descriptions for all of the images in the Linear Algebra book. Addresses #898 .
