Closing: this PR groups multiple major version bumps (TypeScript 5->6, eslint 9->10, vitest 2->4) that cause build failures. These should be upgraded individually with proper migration. TypeScript 6.0 deprecates baseUrl in tsup's DTS generation (error TS5101).
