Releases: TheLinuxGroup/Pong
macOS
Push for Homebrew (Linux).
Linux tar.gz push for my Pong. If you are on Linux and are looking to download this for Linux, download and uncompress the tar file. Then give the files BOTH "Allow file executing as program." Once that is there, launch the .x86_64 file BOOM!!!!!!!!!!! (The .pck file IS NEEDED)
v0.5.0 of Pong
These instructions are for Mac only - Installing the source code files will not give you the game. Instead you have to install the dmg file (titled "Pong.dmg"), open it (which will open up a folder), and inside that folder, you'll see an app called "Pong". Drag it into your Applications folder and then double-click on the app. It will give you a warning, don't worry about this, it only shows up because to bypass this warning we'd have to pay $200 dollars a year. To bypass this, press on the "Done" button (for now) and then go to your System Settings. In the search bar, search up "Gatekeeper" and press on the option labelled as such. Scroll all the way down and you should see a section called "Security". There, there'll be a warning about the app, on which you should press on "Open Anyway". The app will take 10-20 seconds to boot up (may take more first time). Enjoy!
Side Note: There are working builds for Linux and Windows, but they may be more complex to launch (as their are no instructions) and the Windows build isn't tested (Linux build has been tested, but according to @live-by-unix, there are many bugs in that distribution). Thus, use the Windows build at your own risk. The link to the builds can be found here (also on README).
