Imo should be .net 8 as it is the LTS version and will EOL later than .net 9, unless we need some .net 9 specific features (for a version update we shouldn't) |

.NET 7 is end of life so this PR updates the target framework to 9.0.
This also fixes the Lumafly Nix package since it currently fails to build due to this issue.
