remove padding in ssl request packet

Demo how to remove the padding from the SSL request packet.

Tested with MaxScale 2.5 and Azure MariaDB implementation. This is really needed to make MaxScale work in Azure, please make it happen.

Hi @rascasoft , sorry for the late reply. There are many law documents need to be signed to create a PR to the MaxScale main repo and I could not sign them on my own since I am in an organization. But I think let any other people who can sign these documents to create a same PR to the main MaxScale repo should be totally valid since my PR is a discussion of the issue and is just free speech, which is not restricted by any licenses.
