docs: updated landing page content

Changed the landing page content based on https://opendataservices.plan.io/issues/60080#note-9 to inform users that the guidance section has moved.

This update removes the /guidance section from the TOC Tree but does not actually remove (or move) the /guidance content; this will be handled in a separate PR.

Note: the top bar still says "Data Quality Tool" and "360Giving Registry" in this branch but these changes are indeed staged in #423 (specifically in 3acc8ad and e5cc63f.

@mrshll1001 Does the 'jump straight in' list have hyperlinks to the sections of the guidance? If not, can it?

Also we lost a full stop after "Currently, there is one approved extension used for the publication of DEI Data Standard data" which I don't think was intentional

Good catches. LibreOffice had hidden the hyperlinks in the docx file by styling them black/non-underlined.

Added them now, with the missing . character.

I'm happy to approve these changes to the non-normative part of the publisher guidance, as part of our redevelopment of the content and migration to our own website.
