At Thrive, our purpose is simple — to help people find and follow Jesus. We use creativity, code, and collaboration to make that mission come alive both in-person and online. Every project here exists to help our church serve others better — whether that’s through livestreaming, communication tools, or ways to stay connected during the week.

Our development team creates tools and systems that support ministry, outreach, and engagement. Here are a few of the areas we focus on:

• Mobile & Web Apps — to help members and visitors connect, stream sermons, take notes, and stay informed.
• APIs & Backend Services — powering data for our apps, media libraries, and internal systems.
• Media & Production Tools — automations for uploading, editing, and managing church media content.
• AI & Automation Projects — helping streamline repetitive tasks like sermon transcription, summarization, and content generation.
• Livestream & Event Systems — simplifying the tech that runs behind our Sunday services and online experiences.
