Misc. plugin improvements

• switch from gulp to webpack per blockbench plugin repo standard and enable use of package.json dependencies
• Refactor to use ES6 modules instead of globals
• Add menu for setting texture namespace
• Add custom model format so plugin doesn't affect non-ModelEngine models
• Add project settings menu
