Fixed a bug in plot_plate_from_raw_video.py in which it fails to plot plate view if prestim video in raw videos does not exist in metadata (for whatever reason, maybe the metadata was filtered to remove that prestim video). Also fixed tqdm progress bar and simplified print to stdout. Also fixed bug where it does not skip videos that have already had their plate view plotted.
