- Implemented `_interaction_cache.py` to manage dual-tree interaction artifacts, including caching logic based on various parameters. - Introduced `_nearfield_cache.py` for handling near-field precomputed artifacts and cache validation. - Defined data structures for caching dual-tree interactions and near-field pair lists. - Added functions to check cache validity and extract/update near-field artifacts.
