Summary

Align the remaining current-boundary docs with the active v0.2.2 public release.

This PR:

  • updates historical/internal docs that still described the current public surface as v0.2.0
  • leaves the archived v0.2.1 stabilization plan intact as historical release context
  • adds a release-metadata regression guard so current-boundary docs must reference the active package version

Why

The public release surface is already v0.2.2, but several internal guides still described the current public boundary as v0.2.0. That wording was stale and easy to misread as the live contract.

Validation

  • pytest -q tests/test_release_metadata.py -> 10 passed
  • pytest -q -> 167 passed
  • bash scripts/build_docs.sh
  • black --check tests/test_release_metadata.py
