Clean repository surface on main

[senseibelbi]

Summary

• remove accidental audit bundles and generated research artifacts from the public repo surface
• remove the checked-in API structure snapshot and audit note from the current tree
• add ignore rules and route the extractor output into ignored artifacts/ so the files do not come back
