Fix #546
I have statically compiled the latest version of libxml2 so it can be executed on virtually all linux-amd64 systems. This resolves the issue where we had to workaround an issue that required to execute xmllint multiple times. It would also allow to update the current scripts to include all .xml files under the example folder. In any case: it will speed up validation :-)
