This implement the automatic NameOfClass generation directly from the XML Schema. The examples have been fixed, that had typo's or other issues not matching a NameOfClass. Several NameOfClass references to classes that do not exist have been disabled. The NameOfClass list includes: - all elements, including abstract and references

Still requires a big fight with XML over extension types that cannot be overwritten.
