The US-6 one wouldn't need a news entry, as these were unnumbered before. We've added new exit numbers to several highways that gained them that didn't have them before, like in Ohio as they've been slow rolling out exit numbers to several US Highways that didn't have them before, and haven't needed to add news entries for them.

Let's get this pushed into the branch so when the time comes to pull this into the master branch, we don't have to worry about it.
