This is the initial release of TreeboTickets 2

From this version forwards TreeboTickets 2 will depend on TreeboRoots, with a MINIMUM version of 0.0.2

Much of the redundant and unused functionality from TreeboTickets 1 has been stripped and the project as a whole made cleaner and lighter.

Most statistic tracking code has been removed, with the exception of connection tracking, as well as some changes and simplification of commands and permissions.

Notably the ticket managements command has changed from /tbta to /ticketgui. An in game helpbook has been added thanks to, and update management functionality transferred to, TreeboRoots.
