Trilemma Foundation Practicum
Welcome to the official practicum hub for Georgia Tech MSA Spring 2026. This repository centralizes the core materials, expectations, and weekly cadence for two parallel tracks.
This practicum runs as two projects that share the same workflow and cadence.

You will work in team repositories and use this hub repo for shared resources, updates, and announcements.

We have simplified the GitHub workflow from previous capstones by creating template repos (we will not be assigning private repos to teams). Fork one of the following repos (depending on your project selection) and commit all work to this fork:
- Weekly office hour participation is expected (sending questions in advance or attending meetings)
- Weekly progress should be visible in your team repository (all work should be committed and pushed your repo, not the templates)
- If nothing is pushed to your fork, we assume no work is being done
- If you find a bug or want to improve the templates directly, feel free to create a PR in the template repo (this is not mandatory)
- Share intermediate work early, including partial work, and drafts
- Ask questions during office hours and in the shared communication channel
- Write for clarity, not only correctness. Your work should be readable by a motivated non-expert
- Review the Project Launch Slides and confirm you completed all the onboarding steps
- Review the Project Launch Slides and confirm you understand the workflow, timeline, and deliverables
- Clone the correct template repository for your project
- Set up your local environment and validate you can run the starter notebooks
- Start an initial exploration of the data
Team repositories will be listed here once teams are finalized and repos are created.
