Release to LILUG

After a month of internally coding and working on this I have run it and found on my machine that the whole thing works. While the script works I look forward to making it better as I go. Let's consider this a beta release.

As this is all Bash and not compiled, don't expect any binaries from this project. However, I will upload a .zip file holding the project for convenience.

I hope you all learn as much from this project as I did; let's write some Bash!
