-Bad UI
-Working Directory Generation
-Servers will start upon Manual start of Start.cmd

Fixed Stuff:
Servers not booting:
-Was because folder names weren't detectable for php binarys

Some Files Not properly Copying/Generating
-Was an issue of bad Command-tag usage

Planned:
Automatic server customization so you dont have to name each one
Naming each server option (Not available for now)
