Motivation

• Prepare the project for a v0.2.0 release by updating package metadata and user-facing documentation to the new tag.
• Ensure examples, release guidance, and changelog reflect the new semantic version baseline so consumers and contributors use the correct tag.

Description

• Bumped the package version to 0.2.0 in package.json.
• Updated usage examples and action references to TrustSignal-Verify-Artifact@v0.2.0 in README.md and docs/live-test.md.
• Updated release guidance and integration docs in CONTRIBUTING.md and docs/integration.md to recommend v0.2.0 as the tag baseline.
• Added docs/release-notes/v0.2.0.md and added a 0.2.0 section to CHANGELOG.md.

Testing

• Ran npm run validate:local, which performs node --check on source and dist and executes the local contract tests, and it completed successfully with the local action contract test passing.
