Summary

This PR prepares the UC OSPO Education site for deployment under a dedicated
subdomain (education.ucospo.net).

Changes

• Removed /education base path to support subdomain routing
• Updated internal navigation and CTA links
• Fixed hardcoded asset paths for CSS and images
• Added CNAME file for GitHub Pages custom domain support
• Added UC OSPO Home link to the education site header
• Verified local build and preview at root (/)

Benefits

• Cleaner and more professional URL structure
• Seamless navigation between ucospo.net and education.ucospo.net
• Improved maintainability and branding consistency

Maintainer Action Required

• Add DNS CNAME record:
  education → UC-OSPO-Network.github.io
• In repository Settings → Pages:
  • Set custom domain to education.ucospo.net
  • Enable Enforce HTTPS after DNS propagation

Testing

• npm run build
• npm run preview
• Verified navigation, layout, and assets locally
