Changes needed for rock pi x

Not sure the best way to make this, but these are the changes needed for a rock pi x.

Willing to add directives if needed

I have done some work in https://github.com/ausil/U6143_ssd1306 as I am using a Rock 3C and Rock 5A. I added config file support and made the makefile install everything including a systemd unit file
