  1. ArcGIS JS API updates to version and configurations.
  2. Updates to the map component's 3D functionalities.
  3. GeoJson defined on frontend (not on backend).
  4. Adjustments made to reinstate the following:
    1. Clear map/table selection functionality.
    1. Select projects from the projects-map-dialog.component.
    1. Select sample point tab's map features on row selection (same as lab results tab).
    1. Tabbing between lab results and sample point.
