Waiting on UTDNebula/nebula-api#267
This pulls the https://api.concept3d.com/locations/?map=1772&key=0001085cc708b9cef47080f064612ca5 url and simplifies its data. I was going to do this on Vercel for UTD Rooms but its 5MB of data and Vercel won't cache over 2MB. So this filters the results to just academic/housing buildings with their lat/lngs. I'll use this new collection in the rooms aggregation pipeline to add lat and lng data to each building so UTD Rooms can offer a nearby search option.
