Small environment variable change to support some cost reduction @nl32 and I are working on. Changed
REACT_APP_NEBULA_API_KEYsince its only used on the server side and addedNEBULA_API_URLso it can be changed from Vercel. Once merged in I'll send an announcement in Discord about updating environment variables.
