Surface area can now be estimated starting from 1984 using Landsat 5 and 7 along with Landsat 8 and 9 using TMS-OS where there will be just smoothening of Landsat data in case there is no Sentinel Data.
Normalized SSC has been added as an additional final output to RAT 3.0
