The Normal Update

• Added damage normalization.
• Added toggleable right clicking.

• Adjust pom.xml to be more up to date.

In order to access the new features, delete the existing config or pick from the available options in the new default config:

ThrowableArrows-1.2.0

• Arrows are now thrown where the player is currently looking.
• Throwing arrows no longer lags the entire server.
• Add throwableArrows.use.stack permission.
