Documentation + README tweaks

Hey! Love the project; fully planning on building a version that connects to my company's version of Jira lol.

This PR is almost exclusively README tweaks:

• Reformatting to a uniform 80 character line max for prose. Tables, and other purposefully formatted content remains the same.
• Tweaked some of the noteX: lines to use Github's [!NOTE] format.
• Tweaked some of the lines that are in fact important call outs to use the [!IMPORTANT] format.
• Added links to the MakerWorld & Printables page for the 3D files.
• Added instructions for configuring the WiFi and UTC fields in the firmware.

I also:

• changed the names of the ssid and password char*'s to be wifiSSID and wifiPassword respectively
• Moved the wifiSSID, wifiPassword and utcOffsetInSeconds declarations above the func declarations for better visibility.

Again! Great project, and hope you don't mind the edits :)

Thanks for doing this readme enhancement, very useful while I am trying to build my own. Just noticed here that "Current" is misspelled
