Graphics pre release

This is a dot net core 5 app that does a simple graphing function, and runs on a Windows x86 or compatible machine when installed. Its to test graphing functions and basic thread management for a graphics app during initial development. Install by running setup.exe after unzipping. The file is self contained so it should include all the binary files to correctly install it.
