we should probably remove the ipython notebook files as well as all of the aln_pca scripts and tests as they will not be needed. I think what might be easiest is to branch off of master and then merge in all of the make_pca code/docs/tests you made and then pull request from that. We can leave the pca branch around for a bit in case there is something we want from it later |
