so a thought ive been playing w recently.. dan has been talking about adding support for antimicrobial and viral stuffs to the workflow, and that seemed expensive bc we didnt have anyone to develop them. but then i see things that could get us that data just sitting in nf-core. seems worth trying to incorporate if its fairly low cost id think, so here is a draft of what that might look like. its pretty rough, lots of places i put a skeleton of a thing w a major TODO, but should be enough i hope to talk around and get feedback on the overall strategy before continuing.
