@iaortega where would you like to see the links to the new RL3 pages? For now I added them to the footer. |

I realize I did not include the changes in the base.html for the collapsible menu and the homepage (text in the about section). I will add another pull request with these changes later today. |

The about section text has been changed now for the platform and the content that was here before will now be displayed in the "Explore or work" page. Additionally, I left the accordion as a comment.
The toggle menu for the implementation has been added, additionally, the mobile version is also included.
