Introduces a new Metrics class to simplify bStats integration for plugins. This includes functionalities to gather, log, and submit statistics while ensuring user opt-out compliance. Additional features include custom chart creation and JSON data handling.
Introduce `Metrics` to track plugin usage with a custom chart for the configured language. Updated `BaseAPI` constructor to include `pluginId` for Metrics initialization and refactored related code to support this addition.
