Fix cover images name and ignoreTags in default options

• cover images have been deleted because they have '?namespace=gamesdb' in the name.
• ignoreTags is not in default options

I'll be honest, I have completely forgotten that there were open issues/PRs. They landed when I was heavily suffering from burnout+PTSD, so it completely fell off my radar.

While I don't think that there's much maintenance to do, I intend to fix the outstanding issues, yes, thanks for reminding me. I'll take a look at everything, figure out where I dropped off, and merge the PRs.

Sorry to hear that! Add you write in post tense I understand you are better now? So happy to hear that :)
I didn't try it yet because of the reported issues/PRs but indeed I think it is mainly addressing these small things. Once this is done I'm happily giving it a try and help maintaining :)
