[VPD-404] Add PT-clisBNB-25JUN2026 Pendle oracle deployment

Description

This PR adds deployment support for the PT-clisBNB-25JUN2026 Pendle oracle on BSC networks (mainnet and testnet).

Changes:

• Added new deployment script 27-deploy-clisBNB-pendle-oracle.ts for PT-clisBNB-25JUN2026
• Deployed PT-clisBNB-25JUN2026 PendleOracle contract on testnet and mainnet
• Added PT-clisBNB-25JUN2026 configuration to deployment config

The oracle is configured with:

• Market: PT-clisBNB-25JUN2026 market
• Underlying token: slisBNB
• TWAP duration: 1800 seconds (30 minutes)
• Target networks: bscmainnet and bsctestnet

Note: Increased the cardinality of PendleMarket for mainnet deployment: https://bscscan.com/tx/0x87c8616335ab3e096b8ca51ddfb16e41c4f909af7e1bb01da93c8c4d6e0e63bf

to avoid creating a new files for each PT markets
